My Journey
Born in a small village in Brittany, the son of restaurant owners, I grew up in a world where authenticity and craftsmanship were at the heart of everything. From an early age, I understood that passion and precision made all the difference—whether in cooking or in the art of gemstones.
My journey into the world of gems began in Paris, where I trained as a lapidary in a workshop dedicated to the fine art of cutting stones. Captivated by the raw beauty of minerals and the meticulous precision required to reveal their brilliance, I decided to deepen my knowledge by studying gemology at the University of Nantes.
With my diploma in hand, I joined a prestigious Parisian jewelry atelier as a colored gemstone buyer. This role opened the doors to some of the world’s finest mines and markets, allowing me to hand-select rare and exquisite stones for high jewelry creations.
A few years later, I took on the role of diamond buyer for a renowned Alsatian manufacture, working in a fascinating world where each stone is meticulously examined to ensure the perfect brilliance.
In 2018, driven by the desire to travel the world and forge my own path, I became an independent gemstone dealer, specializing in exceptional ornamental stones from North America.
Today, I use my expertise, sharp eye, and passion to serve jewelers, designers, and collectors looking for unique and authentic gems.
